Sizing
Preemie Size 2 x 6 x 2 ply and 9.5" x 13" Typically fits a baby weighing 2 lbs - 8 lbs * Useful if expecting a smaller baby, multiples or to fit just right at birth. Can be used as doublers later.
Newborn Size 4 x 6 x 4 ply and 10" x 14" Typically fits a baby weighing 6 lbs - 12 lbs
Infant Size (Size 1) 4 x 8 x 4 ply and 12" x 16" Typically fits a baby weighing 7 lbs - 15 lbs * Many expectant parents start with this size diaper for the average baby. They may need to be folded down at beginning but will fit for several months.
Premium Size (Size 2) 4 x 8 x 4 ply and 14.5" x 22" Typically fits a baby weighing 15 lbs - 30 lbs * Will typically fit most babies until potty training.
Toddler Size 4 x 8 x 4 ply and 17.5" x 23" Typically fits a baby weighing 30 lbs - 45 lbs * For bigger than average babies, and older babies.
Fabric Content 100% cotton twill weave unbleached prefold cloth diapers that are soft, durable and highly absorbent. These are made in Pakistan with luxurious Indian cotton. These diapers are the rave of the cloth diapering community. Because they are unbleached, they have a natural ivory cotton color to them. As with all prefolds these will shrink 5-10%. It will take several washings before these prefolds become fully absorbent.
Care & Use Before First Use: Wash these prefolds on hot 4-5 times to strip the manufacturing oils off the fibers. Once the prefolds have been dried on high heat, they will quilt up nicely. It will still take several more washings for the prefolds to become fully absorbent.
