Hello Friends, Neighbors, and Diaper Lab Community,

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce our good bye.  Diaper Lab will be closing our doors at the end of March 2026.

This was not an easy decision. Diaper Lab has been part of the Somerville, Cambridge and Greater Boston community for over 18 years. We’ve grown, adapted, and pivoted with the economy, the pandemic and the times to continue meeting families where they are, and we are deeply grateful for every single person who supported us along the way.  However, with Salina having recently been diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease and both of the original Diaper Lab babies headed off to college, the time has finally come.

Whether you shopped with us once, visited us regularly, attended a workshop, used our diaper service, asked questions as a brand-new parent, or simply cheered us on from afar—thank you. You helped build something truly unique and overwhelmingly special.  We will forever carry the memories of our babies, and so many of your babies, taking their first steps, wearing their first cloth diaper or first carrier ride in our store.  The giggles, baby sighs and oh so many friendships are imprinted in our hearts.

Logistically, as we prepare to close our online store, please keep an eye out for upcoming sales on in-stock items. We’ll be sharing updates regularly and would love for these products to go home with the families who have supported us for so long.

And finally, if you, or someone you know, may be interested in purchasing any part of the Diaper Lab business, please visit  https://diaperlab.com/pages/diaper-lab-business-inquiry

We’re open to conversations and would love to see Diaper Lab in part or its entirety continue on.

We’ve truly loved being part of your village during some of the most exhausting, beautiful, and meaningful seasons of life.  From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for 18 incredible years.

With love and gratitude,

Salina and Ryan Frazier and the Diaper Lab Team
