The Diaper Lab Team
SALINA GONZALES FRAZIER
As Diaper Lab's CEO and Chief Buyer, Salina frequently writes and speaks about cloth diapering, potty training, mothering and the shop local movement. In addition to being a Certified Babywearing Educator, she has clocked thousands of hours washing thousands of loads of diaper laundry, regularly fixing "broken" diapers. In 2017, Salina was able to realize the dream of creating a cloth diaper bank to provide cloth diapers to local in-need families. A former Harvard administrator, Salina holds a MA in Education from Simmons College, a BA in Psychology from DePauw University and continually pursues graduate and advanced seminars in business, child development and laundry science. A native of Texas, Salina is an accomplished flutist whose favorite activity is singing at the top of her lungs with her two kids.
RYAN FRAZIER
Ryans main contribution is to work behind the scenes to keep Diaper Lab's website and technology running. Ryan also often drives the diaper delivery routes. Ryan holds a MS from MIT in Environmental Policy and a BS from Harvey Mudd College in Chemistry. During the day he is a technology director at Harvard Business School for their digital learning initiative, HBX.
SHARNI VAUGHAN
Sharni is an Australian who joined the team in the middle of the pandemic. Sharni is a long time member of the cloth diapering community having owned her own store in Texas from 2008-2018. She has now left retirement to work with the Diaper Lab team. Sharni handles a lot of the behind the scenes work and will often be the one you will talk to in emails. Sharni moved back to Australia in 2023 and continues to work for Diaper Lab helping to manage the diaper service and maintain the website. Sharni has a degree in Applied Science in Agriculture from Longerenong Agricultural college in Australia.
NANCY SANCHEZ
Nancy, mother of six, has been with Diaper Lab for several years, but stepped up her role in 2022 when Sharni moved to Australia. Nancy is often the one that will respond to emails that you might send us. She works hard to keep our diaper service clients happy and managing diaper service wash staff. Nancy is a long time blogger and as such maintains Diaper Lab's social media presence.
