Workshop/Class Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Although we are always hopeful you will be able to attend workshops for which you’ve registered, we understand that from time to time, conflicts may arise that require you to need to reschedule or even cancel your workshop. We have tried to be flexible and previously allowed nearly unlimited rescheduling, even at the last minute, but have reached a point where this is no longer feasible nor an effective use of our staff time. Last minute rescheduling causes a chain reaction that puts undue stress on our staff, causes other customers to miss out on workshop slots they may have wanted, and means that we cannot pay our instructors as they expected when attendance is suddenly changing.
Therefore, effective immediately, our Workshop/Class Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy is as follows:
-With 48+ hours notice prior to the workshop, we are happy to refund your registration in full, convert it to store credit, use it to register you for any other workshop, or reschedule the date of your current registration*.
-With 24+ hours notice prior to the workshop, we can convert your registration to store credit, use it to register you for any other workshop, or reschedule the date of your current registration*.
-With less than 24 hours notice, you are welcome to re-register for a workshop, but your initial registration fee is considered forfeit as the instructor will be paid as if you are in attendance. No rescheduling will be allowed without a new registration.
*Rescheduling is limited to one time per customer per workshop. If you need additional rescheduling, you are welcome to register anew.
